gr-iqbal software package provides GNU Radio Blind IQ imbalance estimator and correction, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gr-iqbal
gr-iqbal is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gr-iqbal package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gr-iqbal *
You will get with gr-iqbal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
